Make Star — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

Welcome to Make Star ("the App", "the Service", "we"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The Service is not directed at children.

2. Account and content

• You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for content you post (posts, reels, comments, live streams, messages, photos, video).
• You grant Make Star a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and retransmit your content within the Service and to operate and promote it.
• You must own or have permission to use content you upload.

3. Available services

Make Star may include, depending on your region and app version:

• Live streaming (solo, co-host, PK battles, private live).
• Messages and chats.
• User search and profiles.
• Posts, reels, and comments.
• Virtual gifts and coins.
• Dating discovery mode (optional).
• Professional / Creator program.
• Coin wallet withdrawals for non-affiliated users under the rules below.

We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice in the App when appropriate.

4. Live streaming and Professional mode

• Qualifying video live time (solo, co-host, PK) counts toward Professional mode goals; audio-only lives typically do not count toward daily video hours.
• Daily Professional target: 2 hours of qualifying video live time per day. Completing the daily target advances your monthly day streak.
• Monthly program target: accumulate 5,000 gift coins (love / jewel balance) in the month, with a target of 30 active days per program rules.
• If 24 hours pass without streaming while Professional mode is enabled, you may receive a warning.
• If 48 hours pass without streaming, hours, streak days, and accumulated rewards may be reset per program rules.
• We may use technical signals (such as heartbeat, audio level, camera/mic state) to verify live activity and prevent fraud.

5. Virtual coins and gifts

• Coins may be purchased via Google Play or authorized recharge agents in the App.
• Viewers send virtual gifts during live streams and chats.
• Users not in the Professional program: recipients generally receive 50% of each gift value in their coin wallet; the remainder supports platform operations.
• Make Star Creator (Professional) members: receive 0% of gift value in wallet; gifts count toward love value, rankings, and monthly program progress.
• Private live: gift value in private live does not credit the host wallet; it is recorded to support platform operations.
• Coins and gifts are not cash except where withdrawal rules explicitly apply. You may not sell or transfer coins outside the platform without authorization.

6. Wallet withdrawals

• Non-affiliated users: withdrawal requests require a minimum of 5,000 coins and are reviewed manually. You may need to provide payout details (e.g. e-wallet or bank account) and a WhatsApp number.
• Conversion rates shown in the App (e.g. 150 coins ≈ US$1) may change with reasonable notice.
• Professional mode: withdrawals may be allowed only after reaching the monthly program target (5,000 gift coins in the month) as shown in the App.
• We may reject or delay withdrawals when fraud is suspected, policies are violated, or payout information is incorrect.
• Fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations may result in balance adjustments or account action.

7. Dating discovery mode

Dating features are optional and for adults 18+ only. They may include:

• Profile preferences, discovery, and matching.
• Chat charges: text messages (e.g. 10 coins), voice messages (e.g. 50 coins), and images (e.g. 20 coins) as displayed in the App.
• A limited number of free text messages per day (e.g. 3), with extra benefits for VIP membership when spending or balance thresholds are met.

Misuse (harassment, fraud, impersonation) may lead to restrictions or account termination.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Harass, use hate speech, threaten, or post unauthorized sexual content.
• Engage in or promote illegal activity.
• Impersonate others or mislead users.
• Spam or manipulate rankings or statistics.
• Run fake or idle lives or circumvent anti-cheat systems.
• Attempt to hack the App, servers, or abuse APIs.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may review content and reports and apply warnings, content removal, live bans, feature suspension, or account termination without prior notice for serious or repeated violations. You can report content or users from within the App.

10. Intellectual property

Make Star trademarks, logos, UI, and software are owned by Make Star or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer them except as permitted by law.

11. In-app purchases and refunds

App coins are virtual purchases. Prices and offers may change. Refunds are subject to Google Play policy and your local law. For store-related refunds, follow Google Play procedures.

12. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account in Settings; we may retain limited data for financial, legal obligations, or pending disputes.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, error-free operation, or earnings from gifts or the Professional program.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make Star is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the Service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Service operator, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your region. Please contact support@makestar.app before formal proceedings to seek an informal resolution.
